Descriptions

Orthol is a fertilizer that contains Silicic Acid, which is used to provide nutrients to the crops. It also helps to promote the healthy growth of the crops.

Benefits:

  • Helps in nutrient uptake and assimilation. 

  • Improves the fruit development and quality.

  • Helps improve the response of Plants to abiotic and biotic stress. 

  • Helps improve the immunity of the Plants against Pest/Disease attacks. 

  • Improves the Overall crop stand. 

Composition:

  • Ortho Silicic (Si(OH)4), percent by weight minimum 2.0

  • Plant available silicon (Si) equivalent, percent by wt min 0.6

  • pH (1% solution in distilled Water @ 20 C) 1.7-2.2

  • Matter insoluble in water percent by weight maximum 0.5

  • Specific gravity (g/m) 1.07-1.15

  • Sodium (as Na) percent by weight maximum 0.10

  • Total Chloride (as CI) percent by weight maximum 4.00

Dosage: 

  • 500 ml per acre. For sugarcane and other long-term crops, the dosage is to be doubled. 

Suitable Crops: 

  • Paddy, Sugarcane, Cotton, Chilies, Tomato, Grapes, Apple, Citrus crops.

Plantation Crops: 

  • Tea, Coffee, Cardamom.
